The Thumpin' Bear has been a labor of love and we are excited to step out on our own with out own website and our own shop rules. We absolutely love our customers and want them to love our products as much as we do, so if there is ever any issue with any purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. If returning an item, we require the item to be shipped back to us, and we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping rate when the item is recieved. If an item was damaged during shipping, photos are required and we can either refund that item or replace it. If there is an item missing from your purchase, we can either refund the price of that item or send you a new one. Any other issues will be handled on a base by case basis and we will work to make it right!
